Het Beach House ligt op een echt geweldige locatie, eindje van de weg in een rustige woonwijk van Costa Teguise resort. Het populaire hoofdstrand van Las Cucharas ligt op minder dan een minuut lopen. Een auto is niet essentieel voor een verblijf in deze vakantievilla, omdat alle voorzieningen die u nodig heeft op loopafstand liggen.
Deze privé-villa, die geschikt is voor 4 volwassenen (*kinderen kunnen hier verblijven op voorwaarde dat ze zich kunnen houden aan de stilteruimteregel van het zwembadgebied, omdat de locatie een rustige woonwijk is), is ingericht tot een hoge standaard in een eenvoudige, eigentijdse stijl om het een licht en luchtig gevoel te geven. Het bestaat uit een ruime, open, volledig uitgeruste keuken / eetkamer, drie treden leiden naar de lounge, die uitkomt op het door zonne-energie verwarmde dompelbad met een houten dek omlijsting. De trap brengt u naar het omheinde dakterras, waar een barbecue en een buiten eethoek is, evenals ligstoelen van waaruit u genieten van het prachtige uitzicht op zee.
De keuken is voorzien van een grote koelkast, elektrische oven en kookplaat, vaatwasser, alle benodigde kleine apparaten en een aparte bijkeuken met een wasmachine.
Op de begane grond is de eerste slaapkamer, met twee eenpersoonsbedden, en een grote badkamer met een hoekbad, dubbele wastafels en een haardroger. De grote slaapkamer, met eigen doucheruimte bevindt zich op de eerste verdieping.
De snelle WiFi is gratis beschikbaar voor u om te gebruiken in de villa.
Aangezien deze villa over meerdere niveaus is voor gasten die willen reserveren en mobiliteitsproblemen hebben, neem dan contact op om eventuele vragen te stellen die u heeft met behulp van de live chat-knop.

Costa Teguise
Nabijgelegen attracties zijn o.a. het waterpark, een vrijdagavond markt, het huis van de beroemde lokale kunstenaar Cesar Manrique, Jameos del Agua, Cactus Garden, Mirador del Rio, Green Caves, etc. Het Beach House ligt naast het strand van Las Cucharas, één van de beste familiestranden op het eiland en het heeft een promenade met een geweldige keuze aan restaurants en hang-outs. Er zijn ook geweldige sportfaciliteiten op het strand waar u windsurfen, boogie boarden, zeekajakken en u kunt apparatuur huren en lessen boeken. Er zijn ook ligstoelen en parasols te huur op het gouden zandstrand. Dit is een geliefd strand en het is geweldig voor kinderen omdat het goed onderhouden is, van strandwachters tot toilet- en doucheruimtes, alles is hier aanwezig om een geweldige strandervaring te garanderen. Het historische dorp Teguise ligt op slechts 15 minuten rijden met de auto, daar kunt u een wandeling maken door de kronkelende steegjes en lokale kunstenaars aan het werk zien of de zondagsmarkt bezoeken. De hoofdstad en luchthaven van het eiland liggen op 15 minuten rijden (slechts 20-25 euro per taxi). De enige 18-holes golfbaan van het eiland, ligt vlak achter Costa Teguise langs het waterpark.Gallery

“We loved it! Even better in real life than in the pictures! We will definitely be booking the beach house again. Very spacious, with everything (and more) you could want. Be warned....the bed in the main bedroom is the comfiest bed I've ever slept in, you wont want to leave. Perfect location right in the middle of everything, with the gorgeous beach 30 seconds walk away. Only around €20 euros in a taxi from the airport too. Great service from Michelle, and lovely little touches like toiletries, dressing gowns etc. I cannot wait to book it again :). If I had to sum it up in one word I would say "Perfect". Great location, lovely stay. We were met at the airport by a charming English speaking executive driver. The Beach House property was stylishly furnished and well equipped, stocked with a bottle of water and essentials plus a couple of nice extra touches such as an honesty bar! All the staff were very welcoming and we joined in the Paella Night at The Finca which was great. We had a wonderful stay in an incredible location, right near the beach, restaurants and shops in Costa Teguise and nothing was too much trouble for anyone. Recommended.

We have just returned from our holiday here and can honestly say we were blown away by the superb location of the Beach House and all that it offered. It was really nice to be welcomed at the airport and taken directly to our accommodation. We enjoyed a very welcome glass of Cava in the minibus after a long journey with two young children! The accomodation itself was lovely. Nicely decorated and quirky and our girls, 5 and 7yrs, thought the plunge pool was fantastic! It was a bit cold for us but they didn't seem to mind. The Beach House facilities were great, we had everything we needed and there was a welcome package waiting for us to get us started too. The supermarket, bars and restaurants are all on the doorstep and the beach here is gorgeous. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and the service from Lanzarote Retreats has been excellent. We have already started booking for next year.

Beach House - We were looking for sun and relaxation, and we found it at the beach house in Costa teguise. This was our first time in Lanzarote and after the first two days of rain and doing the tourist thing, we discovered sun, surf and deserted beaches within 20 mins drive from the villa. A week of chilling in Lanzarote and a few days of sun has got me ready for the new year. We will definately be coming back, maybe try one of the yurts or the fishermans cottage next time.

If you're looking for a holiday that encompasses the comforts you would enjoy in your own home, while enabling you to relax in your own pool, within minutes stroll to the harbour in Costa Teguise then this is the place to stay. This was our first time to Lanzarote and we're really pleased to have spent it in the Beach House. Perfect location, literally down some steps (not steep) to the beach - where the wind surfing is amazing, supermarkets, cafe's and restaurants. The spa pool is very relaxing, the top deck is perfect for sunbathing and drying off after a lovely dip. The kitchen facilities are more than adequate, but the dishwasher didn't dry the pots and we were only left one tea towel for a week. We decided to sleep in the twin room, next door to the lovely big bathroom, which has loads of wardrobe space and is very comfortable. We were more than happy here and would love to stay again. Michelle and staff are very accommodating and relaxed and nothing appears to be too much trouble. Would we recommend a stay here? Without hesitation :-)

We loved our stay at the Beach House in Lanzarote. The accommodation is fabulous, striking a good balance between comfort and elegance. It's tucked away in a small-scale development steps away from the beach, and we could have spent every day of our one-week stay hanging out on the roof terrace, at the beach or in the local cafes. We did a bit of that, but we also rented a car (parking no problem) and explored the island through some fantastic walks. Driving on Lanzarote is very pleasant but we never sat in the car for more than half an hour; short journeys took us to different parts of the island and we walked for hours (using 'Walk! Lanzarote as our guide). We also visited La Graciosa - bliss. Mid-February temperatures were balmy and we even swam in the sea. We returned feeling relaxed and recharged. Highly recommended

It was like stepping out of a stress bubble and going into a completely chilled out and happy space. We were met at the airport, not only by a smiling Pippa but also a bottle of bubbly cooling in the car ice box which certainly took the edge of the Ryan air mysery.
The beach house was spotless, beautifully decorated, quiet and a stone throw from a lovely family resort where we could get absolutely everything we needed for our toddler. The little private pool was excellent. We had beenc concerned about the number of staris as our toddler is not quiet stair safe but actually it was fine. 100% recommend it. Having never done a resort type holiday before we thought Costa Teguise was really clean, friendly and ideal for little toddlers.

Excellent place to stay we all really enjoyed ourselves and will be coming back next year Costa Tequise is a really nice place good restaurants etc and The Beach House is perfect, we appreciated the pool and the roof terrace. The groceries that we ordered on our arrival were fantastic (lovely fresh fruit & veg) and we all absolutely loved the place there is nothing at all I could criticise.

We stayed at the beach house and it did not disappoint. Sarah was lovely and although we had stayed at the resort before this really made the holiday, with space to enjoy, a pool, sun terrace and all we could need .the children are growing up so this was luxury for them too and we all loved our time here .the location to the beach was great you can hear the waves crashing at night with the windows open as its quiet really loved that .worst part was coming back to reality will look to you again for a holiday .Thank you Sarah and Michelle, sigh back to work !.

Finca De Arrieta is een perfecte locatie voor individuele ouders, de eco kindvriendelijke retraite bestaat uit een gemeenschap van 15 verschillende vakantieaccommodaties. De gemeenschappelijke ruimtes en chill out lounge bieden een prachtige plek voor de kinderen om te spelen, evenals een plek voor de ouders om te genieten van een volwassen gesprek.

Wanneer is de beste tijd van het jaar voor surfen?
Surfen is goed in Lanzarote het hele jaar door. Het staat bekend als het Hawaï van Europa vanwege de geweldige omstandigheden. De grootste golven voor gevorderde surfers zijn van oktober tot februari. Zie deze LINK voor meer surf info.

Wat is de beste tijd van het jaar om Lanzarote te bezoeken?
Lanzarote is het hele jaar geopend, het heeft een constante matige temperatuur dus is heerlijk om elk moment van het jaar te bezoeken. Het warmste maanden zijn juli/augustus, waar de passaatwinden een welkome verkoelende bries bieden.
Restaurants en winkels, sluiten ze in de winter?
Nee, alle restaurants en winkels verhandelen 52 weken per jaar. Het is het hele jaar door vakantieseizoen in Lanzarote!
Mijn accommodatie komt niet met een auto, waar kan ik er een huren?
Wij raden Plus Car, ze zijn een lokale Lanzarote bedrijf en hebben uitstekende auto’s, ze voegen niet op eventuele verborgen kosten en ze ook voldoen aan u op de luchthaven bespaart u een tijdige wachttijd-in-lijn bij uw aankomst op de luchthaven.
Hoe is het weer?

Is het zwembad verwarmd?
De meeste van onze zwembaden worden verwarmd door zonne-energie of elektriciteit, kijk voor meer informatie op het tabblad met villa’s voor volledige details.
Zijn er muggen?
Lanzarote heeft een aantal muggen, maar vanwege het eiland droog, niet te veel! Om te voorkomen dat ze komen in uw vakantiehuis houden deuren en ramen gesloten van zonsondergang.
Hoe betaal ik voor mijn vakantie?
U betaalt een 30% borg gevolgd door de 70% saldo dat verschuldigd is een maand voor aankomst. U betalen met creditcard / bankpas of bankoverschrijving.
