La nostra Eco Cabin ecologica può ospitare comodamente quattro ospiti (oltre a un divano letto matrimoniale e una culla da viaggio). Abbiamo ristrutturato l’alloggio secondo standard elevati con tutto l’amore possibile, cercando utilizzare i materiali locali il più possibile. Il risultato? Questa tradizionale costruzione canaria si è trasformata in una sistemazione unica per le vacanze in famiglia.
La nostra Eco Cabin si estende per 80m2 su un unico livello. Vanta una splendida vista sull’oceano dal salone e dalla cucina, le sue ampie porte patio assicurano uno spazio luminoso e arioso con posti a sedere per quattro ospiti.
L’alloggio cabine è completo di una cucina su misura completamente attrezzata, tra cui forno a gas / griglia, piano cottura a gas a quattro anelli, frigorifero / congelatore e un sacco di spazio armadio, il che rende questa proprietà ideale per vacanze self-catering esigenti. Il soggiorno a pianta aperta ha un divano letto matrimoniale, wifi veloce gratuito e grandi porte scorrevoli in vetro patio alla terrazza ombreggiata con vista sul giardino privato.
Il salone e la cucina conducono al corridoio illuminato naturalmente dove è possibile accedere sia alle camere matrimoniali che al bagno con doccia. La prima camera da letto principale con vista sul mare, un letto matrimoniale a baldacchino super king-size 4 e l’accesso alla terrazza è adiacente alla seconda camera da letto con letti singoli (può essere spinto insieme per le coppie) e anche l’accesso alla terrazza. Il bagno con doccia serve entrambe le camere da letto e comprende una cabina doccia doppia, lavabo in pietra e W.C.
Situato in un giardino privato e recintato, l’Eco Cabin dispone di una terrazza con sedie a sdraio, barbecue e un set da pranzo in legno teak. La terrazza vanta una magnifica vista sui giardini ben curati. Un modo felice per godersi il giardino e l’ambiente circostante è rilassarsi in una delle due amache che ti aspettano. C’è un ulteriore, in comune, bagno con doccia e W.C, oltre a una cucina coperta e salotto presso la vicina piscina in comune con connessione Wi-Fi gratuita.
Eco Cabin ha una pista che scende a soli 300 metri dai bellissimi ristoranti Arrieta Beach e Seafront.

Arrieta
Il villaggio di Arrieta è costituito da 400 abitanti ed è situato nel comune di Haria, la zona più tradizionale di Lanzarote - l'ideale per i viaggiatori più indipendenti. L'area settentrionale di Lanzarote non è costellata di grandi resort turistici come quelli di Costa Teguise, Puerto Del Carmen o Playa Blanca. Arrieta è un piccolo villaggio di pescatori che hanno imparato ad adattarsi per soddisfare le esigenze di un turismo a basso impatto. Tra le altre cose, il villaggio offre diversi ristoranti di pesce fronte mare, un'ottima pizzeria take away e un supermercato. Come altri villaggi del Nord di Lanzarote, Arrieta è il posto ideale per allontanarsi dal caos dei bar e delle discoteche al neon tipiche delle località più turistiche di Lanzarote. La storia di Arrieta Arrieta è uno dei villaggi di pescatori più belli e autentici che ancora oggi esistono a Lanzarote. È ancora incontaminato, oltre che dotato di un fascino rustico per via delle case storiche e dei vicoli costieri che lo caratterizzano. L'Eco Fishermans Cottage, situato sulla scala di alaggio del villaggio, era originariamente di proprietà di pescatori locali che hanno vissuto nel pueblo per oltre 200 anni. Ogni mattina i pescatori locali si alzano prestissimo per scaricare il ricco bottino catturato nella notte, una levataccia che ogni giorno viene ricompensata da albe spettacolari e dal silenzio assoluto. Spiaggia di Arrieta Arrieta vanta una bellissima spiaggia di finissima sabbia dorata chiamata "Playa de La Garita", lunga ben 810 m. Nelle vicinanze della spiaggia c'è un ristorante, un bar ma anche WC / docce, un ampio parcheggio e un parco giochi per bambini. Le acque sono generalmente calme durante tutto l'anno. C'è anche una piccola spiaggia dorata artificiale che si trova proprio di fronte al cottage dell'Eco Fisherman Cottage. È l'ideale per nuotare o fare snorkeling. La Garita Beach: Ideale per: fare surf o body boarding, prendere il sole, nuotare e cavalcare le onde. Troverai alcune aree riparate e a misura di bambino, perfette per costruire imponenti castelli di sabbia! Tolle Zusatzangebote! Tolles, superfreundliches Personal! Wenn man mal nicht kochen möchte, gibt es jeden Tag ein anderes Tagesgericht, das man sich zur Unterkunft bringen lassen kann (auch Frühstück). Man kann für 90 € eine Starterbox bestellen, damit man nicht gezwungen ist, am ersten Tag schon einkaufen gehen zu müssen. In unserer war eine komplette Mahlzeit für 4 Personen (entweder vegetarische Gemüse-Tarte oder ein Grillhähnchen mit Beilagen), Butter, Joghurt, Käse, Wurst, Orangensaft, Brot, Butter, verschiedenes Gemüse und Obst und Sekt ;-)) Schöner Spielplatz mit Trampolin. Man kann die Kinder auch gut laufen lassen. Jeder hat seine Privatsphäre, man kann sich aber gemeinsam am Pool mit schönen Liegegelegenheiten treffen. 1x die Woche wird ein gemeinsamer Paellaabend angeboten. War sehr schön und eine gute Möglichkeit, unkompliziert mit anderen Gästen einen unverbindlichen Urlaubsplausch zu halten. Es werden auch Ausflüge angeboten sowie Massagen, Pilates und (Kinder)yoga. Es gibt einen Mini-Tante-Emma -Shop (Honesty-Shop), der auf Vertrauensbasis funktioniert. Jeder trägt auf einem Zettel für die jeweilige Unterkunft ein, was man sich genommen hat (gekühlte Getränke, Wurst, Käse, Butter, Milch, Müsli, Gewürze, Brot, Konserven, kleine Auswahl Kosmetikartikel), am Schluss wird abgerechnet. Für die Kinder war auch die Hasen und Esel magnetisch, außerdem kann man sich täglich beim Hühnerstall umsonst Bio-Eier holen. In einer kurzen Entfernung (2 -5 Min mit dem Auto oder 10 Min laufen) gibt es eine Tankstelle mit angeschlossenem Supermarkt, da gibt es auch leckeres selbstgebackenes Brot. Auch in Arrieta selbst gibt es noch einen kleinen Supermarkt mit Gemüse und Fleisch- und Käsetheke. In Arrieta gibt es auch eine leckere Pizzeria, wo man sich auch mal vom Strand aus eine Pizza holen kann. Finca di Arrieta ist auch für die Sehenswürdigkeiten vom Norden super gelegen. Toll auch, dass man sich individuell vom Flughafen abholen lassen kann.
Wenn man wirklich unbedingt nach etwas sucht, das nicht super ist, könnte man erwähnen, dass die Anlage relativ nahe an der Haupt-Landstraße liegt. Man hört also schon immer wieder mal die vorbeifahrenden Autos. Das empfanden wir aber nicht als schlimm, in der Mischung mit dem Meer konnte man es sich auch als Wellenrauschen schönreden ;-)

We just returned from a week at Finca de Arrieta. What an amazing place. From the moment we stepped off the plane into the waiting vehicle we were warmly welcomed with a glass of cava and given lots of info about the island. We stayed in the Eco Cabin, a beautiful spacious house with views of the sea. We loved the yoga and Pilates, the paella evening, the beautiful home cooked food, the animals and the honesty shop. The beach is 5 mins away on foot and there is so much to see within 15 mins or so in the car (which was provided as part of our booking). Highly recommend this gorgeous place.

Wonderful stay at the Eco Cabin. Beautiful inside and out with great attention to detail. There was no hassle with paperwork for the hybrid courtesy car and it was parked right outside. The cabin was big enough for a family and the communal area had a welcoming atmosphere. The staff are wonderful and really enjoy their work. I recommend the Eco Cabin at Arrieta which has been a lovely retreat for those who like to get away from the crowds and do their bit for green sustainability.

"Lovely, clean, beautifully finished, well-equipped accommodation, eco resort and amenities on beautiful volcanic island. Lanzarote Retreats staff were brilliant, lots of activities and social events to sign up for if you wish (kids and adults yoga, pilates, paella night, kids movie night, curry delivery, bbq packs etc). Great splash pool and playground on site, the kids made friends and ran wild (in safe surroundings!). Hire car and airport transfers included was very handy. Collect fresh eggs every morning, pet the donkeys, get groceries from the honesty shop, have beers from the honesty bar by the pool , then plant your own cactus at the resort when you leave. Great choice of things to do nearby (ferry to island beaches, water park/zoo, yellow submarine, cactus garden, ancient caves etc). Brilliant family holiday...\"

The most memorable part of our holiday was being able to walk to a great family beach (Arrieta) with Spanish holidaymakers mainly. Our teenagers felt free to go swimming, body boarding & surfing. After a day of swimming or discovering the island it felt good to come back to the Eco Cabin with its pergola and small garden with fruit trees (fig, orange, mango, apple). This was our best family holiday. The unusual beauty of the island, the influence of Cesar Manrique, the sea and the weather had such an impact on us that we would love to go back. Also, having no Internet in the Eco Cabin meant that the whole family read, relaxed, cooked together. We felt very privileged for having such a lovely stay.

From the moment of booking this holiday, I felt secure in the knowledge that we would be very well looked after. The wrap around service arranging everything for us and making us aware of all available services and additional trips/ options was amazing. The pick up included a chilled bottle of cava for the short journey to the Finca and a great chat about the area with the driver. The resort itself is very low key, very clean and very slow paced...in other words - perfect for a holiday. The beach and small town across the road (Arrieta) is beautiful and local rather than touristy and busy...plus great for surfing (doing or watching!) And the five restaurants we sampled were all very friendly with wonderful food. The accommodation was gorgeous. Clean, comfortable and the four poster bed has inspired us to get one at home. Can\'t recommend highly enough. Thank you!
