Il nostro esclusivo e lussuoso appartamento sulla spiaggia con 3 camere da letto , situato in posizione centrale sul lungomare di Arrecife, la capitale dell’isola. L’appartamento è stato ristrutturato secondo standard elevati e può ospitare fino a 6 persone.
Situato sulla spiaggia principale, Playa Reducto, la spiaggia di sabbia dorata qui è perfetta per nuotare, praticare sport acquatici e offre una delle migliori spiagge dell’isola per SUP e snorkeling.
Non è necessario noleggiare un’auto per spostarsi, dato che ci sono supermercati e negozi nelle immediate vicinanze. Si trova a due passi dai bar sulla spiaggia, dai ristoranti, dal parco giochi / skate, dal lungomare e da una varietà di negozi.
Nei dintorni troverai anche l’Arrecife Gran Hotel & Spa. Questo è un posto incantevole per prendere un caffè o una cena al ristorante al 17 ° piano con vista su tutta LANZAROTE
Se invece preferisci noleggiare un’auto per esplorare le bellezze dell’isola, sappi che potrai parcheggiarla nei sotterrai del complesso di Arrecife Sands. Ci sono due accessi che conducono all’appartamento, uno da bordo strada e l’altro dai sotterranei del palazzo. Gli ospiti hanno accesso all’appartamento tramite l’ascensore o la scala interna.
La struttura è stata arredata secondo standard elevati, in uno stile chic e moderno. Le enormi vetrate offrono una vista unica su tutta la baia circostante. C’è un comodo divano in pelle e un’area salotto per sei ospiti con TV a schermo piatto, lettore DVD e connessione Internet WiFi in fibra ottica. Il salone open-space include la sala da pranzo, attraverso cui si giunge alla terrazza. La cucina è spaziosa e ben equipaggiata con una barra per la colazione, forno, piano cottura e tutti gli utensili necessari. Potrai accedere alla lavanderia esterna passando dalla cucina.
L’alloggio dispone di tre camere da letto luminose e ariosa: la spaziosa e lussuosa master suite dispone di un letto king-size a 4 poster largo 180 cm, armadi a muro, finestre dal pavimento al soffitto che offrono viste panoramiche sulla spiaggia, area del divano e un bagno con doccia walk-in, WC, bidet, bacino a mano e asciugacapelli. Entrambe le camere doppie hanno un armadio a muro e i letti singoli possono essere fatti come doppie. Il secondo bagno moderno ha un facile accesso dal corridoio in comune.
Nota bene: non avrai bisogno di aria condizionata perché a Lanzarote soffia sempre una leggera brezza marina. Su questo appartamento, è un extra opzionale, addebitato come peruse. Circa 60 centesimi a 1 € all’ora a seconda dell’ambiente.
Arrecife Sands è il posto ideale per una fuga romantica di coppia. Con una splendida vista panoramica sull’oceano dalla zona giorno principale, dalla terrazza e dalla master suite, l’appartamento Arrecife Sands è l’ambiente perfetto per una coppia in luna di miele. Sono disponibili brevi soggiorni.

Informazioni sull’accesso alla sedia a rotelle: questo appartamento è tutto su un unico livello, ha una doccia a pianta aperta e c’è un ascensore dal livello della strada e dal parcheggio sotterraneo. Sfortunatamente, c’è un passo e un piccolo accesso alla porta alla terrazza in modo che una sedia a rotelle non possa accedere alla terrazza. Arrecife
Arrecife è una città cosmopolita situata a Est rispetto al centro dell'isola, ricca di cultura, storia e dotata di una ibrante vita notturna. Arrecife è la capitale di Lanzarote, ma la sua popolazione è inferiore alle 50.000 persone. Questo significa che da queste parti potrai riscoprire quel senso di comunità e cordialità tipico dei paesi più piccoli, e non delle grandi città. Il nome della città deriva dal termine spagnolo "arrecife" che significa scogliera, e si riferisce alle formazioni rocciose che costellano il fondale marino nei dintorni della capitale. La città venne fondata nel XV secolo e, da piccolo villaggio di pescatori, divenne capitale dell'isola nel 1852. Oggi è conosciuta per i suoi negozi, boutique e la grande offerta commerciale che propone sia ai turisti che agli abitanti del posto. La zona commerciale principale è la Calle Léon y Castillo, un'area pedonale ricca di bar, negozi e ristoranti. Già che ci sei, ti consigliamo di dare un'occhiata al Centro Insular de Cultura El Almacén, un luogo che spesso ospita mostre ed eventi cinematografici. Arrecife è anche conosciuta per la splendida spiaggia del Reducto, caratterizzata da acque placide e sabbia dorata. C'è anche una bellissima passeggiata che costeggia tutta la spiaggia. Un breve passeggiata ti condurrà alla nuova Marina Lanzarote, un porto turistico dove potrai ammirare yatch e barche provenienti da tutto il mondo e fare shopping nei negozi lì presenti. . Se invece preferisci qualcosa di più tradizionale, puoi sempre fare un salto al Charco de San Ginés, una laguna naturale circondata da locali e ristoranti canari. L'area è stata rimodellata dal famoso artista canario César Manrique ed è soprannominata "la Venezia dell'Atlantico": vale sicuramente la pena visitarla! Decine barchette che galleggiano sulla superficie dell'acqua rendono lo scenario unico e suggestivo, perfetto per essere fotografato. The location of the apartment is ideal - 30 seconds walk to the beach and it has a good size sea facing balcony.
The rooms are spacious and well equipped and it was immediately apparent that this is family owned and managed given the standard of finish, attention to cleanliness and the nice ‘feel’ about the place.
The team on the ground were attentive without encroaching and I would have no hesitation in recommending this highly.
The next time we return here Lanzarote Retreats will be our first port of call. Thanks to the whole team.

Wonderful apartment with loads of space, very convenient to walk to bars and restaurants and apartment very well kitted out. Wonderful views over Reducto Beach from floor to ceiling windows in bedroom and living area. Nice balcony to sit out on and “people watch” on the promenade below. We stayed during the Arrecife Carnival which was a great experience. Arrecife is a great destination for a holiday in Lanzarote if you want to do more than lay on a beach. We drove off to explore the island and visit the various sights during the day and then returned to the apartment in the late afternoon to enjoy the night life in the capital city. Great to have secure parking in the basement car park. Excellent service and communication throughout from Lanzarote Retreats.

This flat is absolutely amazing! See view from the master bedroom, bed comfortable, flat extremely clean and absolutely spacious! We enjoyed so much our stay! And if you want to go for sport excursion food service, bike hire etc it is also available! I recommend this place at 200%.

The apartment is spacious, quiet, perfectly equipped and close to the beach. The terrace with sea view is very nice. The very hospitable hosts had very well prepared our arrival. In addition, the island of Lanzarote is really to discover. Houses all white and perfectly harmonious, beautifully preserved thanks to César Manrique.

A lovely, bright and spacious apartment with a South facing balcony looking over the beach. For us the location is perfect. Only 10 minutes from the airport and lots of good restaurants nearby. Also there are lovely walks along the coast. Arrecife is not as “ touristy “ as the main resorts which is a big plus for us. This is our third year staying in this apartment and we hope to be back again in 2019.

Our second stay at the apartment was even more enjoyable than the first. We knew where to eat, where to drink and where to play. The apartment is in a modern block right opposite a stunning beach that is never busy. Watch the sunset from a host of wonderful restaurants and bars along the front or from the top of the nearby hotel - all within easy walking distance. With free airport transfers you feel like a VIP from the moment you land. There's lots to do and see nearby, or you can just chill and enjoy the warm climate and calm sea right outside the front door. The apartment is extremely well furnished with everything you could need during your stay. Highly recommended!

This is a wonderful apartment located perfectly right on the beachfront - it is about 2 minutes from the apartment to the beach! The apartment was very spacious and clean, with a lovely balcony facing the beach to sit and read or just people-watch. We were provided with transfers for the 5 minutes to and from the airport, as well as some snacks and a bottle of wine upon arrival, and the communication from the hosts was fantastic throughout. We went in November and the weather was constantly around 23 degrees so it was a perfect destination for a winter break! I would highly recommend this apartment

Very well appointed and generously sized town apartment with an excellent view of the beach. Kitchen essentials provided as part of the welcome pack. Secure underground parking allows for trouble-free sightseeing around the island. Friendly and efficient communication before, during and after the stay. Sensible airport meet and greet and drop-off service. Highly recommended for those wanting a short, self-catering holiday break.

What a perfect long weekend get away in a fantastic apartment, everything you could hope for. From restaurants, shopping, swimming in the sea, laying on the beach or taking a walk this has it all. The apartment is kitted out with everything you could need ( soft fluffy bathrobes were a nice touch). You can cook in the fully equipped kitchen or go out to many lovely restaurants that pepper the city. We had Mexican and Lebanese on our 2 nights out with a stop in the Gran Hotel on Saturday night for cocktails and a dance show. During the day it was hard to leave this gorgeous apartment but we walked along the promenade and even had a run ( for runners this is perfect). I can honestly say this is a little gem of a place that I will be visiting again.

We stayed 2 nights as a couple with our 8 yr old daughter. I have to say, until now, I never understood why anyone would choose Lanzarote\'s capital for a relaxing break when the island has so many stunning rural and remote coastal locations. It is the juxtaposition between city and rural that enhances both. This is a unique experience and something I would highly recommend. My advise is bolt a couple of days on to your holiday especially to experience the flavor of this tiny but vibrant city. Most tourists don\'t, they pass from the airport direct to holiday locations, this fact added to the experience, it gives a special flavor of Canarian life. This apartment is stunning, it is vast and offers a totally luxurious experience of a city penthouse overlooking the beach. It is spotlessly clean and brilliantly equipped. Amazing views from the master suite and living area and our young daughter loved the Jacuzzi bath! The apartment even comes with a hybrid car included. In truth we didn\'t need it. The beach opposite is where we spent the daytime, it is spotless and the waters clean. As important was the feel, the beach was alive with mostly locals, volleyball tournaments, musicians, dance classes rehearsing, you name it and it was represented there. Evenings we strolled along the front to El Charco, a beautiful harbor location, full of traditional tapas and alive with the cities residents enjoying their evenings. The beach and El Charco were perfect, child friendly, endless sites and sounds to amuse our daughter as we relaxed late into the evening. Arrecife Sands apartment is ideally located for all the city has to offer, easy walking to the best shops, restaurants, bars etc. There is also a lovely little park with children\'s play area opposite as well as cycling, jogging, skateboarding, paddle boarding, kayaking and plenty more.

Arrecife Sands was firstly, an absolutely stunning apartment, and secondly, centrally located to get absolutely anywhere on the island with ease.
We had two children with us, aged 13 & 9, & it was half term, but you wouldnt have known! Its perfect for a grown up, sneaky weekend away, or you can have a family holiday, without it being overrun by families and loads of kids. The location was perfect as we all wanted to play ball games on the beach, read & play cards on the balcony & eat out at nice restaurants. We went off on days out on a catamaran trip with Catlanza (one of the best weve been on), market day in Puerto Calero (lovely restaurants and smart people), and even managed Rancho Texas water park at last, despite having been to Lanzarote five times (it exceeded expectations, was spacious, clean and decidedly pretty).
We had a car, but you dont need one if you just want to hang out locally. Theres a beautiful beach, miles of promenade to run and cycle & loads of tapas bars & even a few high-end restaurants. Theres a pretty marina about 5 minutes cycle from the apartment, loads of quaint, local eateries with 2 tapas & vino & plenty of shops (including Zara) if you want a mooch around.
The apartment itself is on the second floor (so no problems with mosquitos, who my daughter and I attract in abundance). There are three bedrooms so the kids had one each (plus a spare bed each), and we had an en suite master bedroom with wall to wall windows overlooking the sea, not a bad sight to wake up to after a busy few weeks in the office. The room is huge, with a massive bed, beautiful sofa and a walk in wardrobe, off near the en suite, which house a his and hers closet, so plenty of room for those who struggle to pack light.
Tila & Michelle, the owners, really think about their guests when they kit out their accommodation. There were lovely towels, a hairdryer, Blu-ray, interactive TV, coffee pot & an ice-cold glass of fizz in the fridge (there was also a lift from the airport in an eco Prius, complete with cold sparkly should you choose, and the staff who work with Tila and Michelle, Manuel & Ejidio are just awesome. And as I mentioned earlier, the location is perfect for a weekend away. Its less that 10 minutes from the airport & youre near the bars, restaurants and buzz of a local town in no time. Arrecife is not very touristy, & actually, there are a lot of locals out & about. Theres a 5 star hotel just along the promenade, which you can use for the spa, pool, & restaurant or pop to the supermarket for fresh groceries & cook in the very well, equipped kitchen. And thats whats so good about Arrecife Sands, youre so well located the only tough decision when you wake up of a morning is, will it be the beach, mountains, shopping, eating or sightseeing? After a fresh almond croissant and strong coffee on the balcony, of course.
