Beautiful apartment at the Las Cucharas main Costa Teguise beach. Located in the heart of Costa Teguise beach resort, easy walking distance to shops, variety of restaurants and bars. You have easy access to explore this stunning beach resort by strolling along the seafront promenade. This stunning first-floor apartment has access to the large communal pool which is exclusive to guests saying on the clean and well maintained residential complex. The beach is just a 1-minute walk down the path and is a great beach for families as it has sun loungers with shade also it’s very safe to swim in the bay.
This modern light and airy apartment with views from the lounge and south-facing terrace to the extensive pool area with beautiful mature tropical palms. The terrace is a great space to relax, unwind, soak in the sun, read a book or enjoy a glass of chilled award-winning Lanzarote wines. Both of the two bedrooms boast pool views and have built-in wardrobes. The first bedroom with double bed, second bedroom with twin beds.
Sea Breeze Apartment is well equipped for all your holiday needs with a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, hob, oven and microwave. Its view from its window is overlooking the beach bay and traditional whitewash Lanzarote houses. The open plan dining area and living room are complete with flat-screen Tv Netflix and sofa bed. The free fast fibre-optic wifi is available throughout the holiday home. The Walk-in shower room with WC and built-in washbasin lead off from the main hallway. Suitable for up to four adults and two children, children’s equipment such as a travel cot can be added to the double bedroom.

Due to its central location, a hire car is not required as you have easy access to a large number of bars, restaurants and shops. You also have a bus stop and taxi rank close by. If you do prefer to hire a car to explore the stunning island of Lanzarote further, it’s easy to park for free near your apartment.

Nearby attractions include; The islands water park, a Friday evening market, The famous local artist Cesar Manrique’s House, Jameos del Agua, Cactus Garden, Mirador del Rio, Green Caves etc.
Sea Breeze holiday home is next to Las Cucharas beach which is one of the best family beaches on the island and has a promenade with a great choice of restaurants and hangouts. There is also great sports facilities at the beach where you can windsurf, boogie board, sea kayak and rent equipment and book lessons in all. There are also sun loungers and shades for rent on the golden sand beach.
This is a much loved beach and is great for kids in that it is well serviced, from lifeguards to toilet & shower facilities, everything is here to ensure a great beach experience.
The historic village of Teguise is just 15 mins by car, there you can take a stroll through the meandering lanes and watch local artists at work or visit the Sunday Market. The island’s capital and airport is 15 minutes drive (Just 20-25 Euros by Taxi). The island’s only 18 hole golf course, is just behind Costa Teguise past the water park.

How do I pay for my Holiday?
You pay a 30% deposit followed by the 70% balance which is due one month prior to arrival. You can pay by Credit / Debit Card, or Bank Transfer.
Are there Mosquitos?
Lanzarote does have some mosquitos, but due to the island being dry, not too many! To prevent them coming into your holiday home keep doors and windows closed from dusk.
Is the swimming pool heated?
Most of our pools are heated either by solar or electricity, please check for details on the villas features tab for full details.
What is the weather like?
The weather in Lanzarote is good all year round due to the proximity to the equator. See our Weather Page for full details.
My accommodation does not come with a car, where can I hire one from?
We recommend Plus Car, they are a local Lanzarote company and have excellent cars, they don’t add on any hidden charges and they also meet you at the airport saving you a timely wait-in-line on your arrival to the airport.
Restaurants and shops, do they close in winter?
No, all restaurants and shops trade 52 weeks of the year. It is holiday season all year round in Lanzarote!
What is the best time of year to visit Lanzarote?
Lanzarote is open all year round, it has a steady moderate temperature so is lovely to visit any time of year. It warmest months are July/August, where its trade winds offer a welcome cooling breeze.
Which airport should I arrive to?
Arrecife (airport code ACE) is the only airport on the island of Lanzarote.
Can I bring my dog/cat?
Sorry no, our accommodations are not suitable for guests to bring their pets.
Can I get married on Lanzarote?

Does it rain on Lanzarote?
There is average of 14 days rain a year.
When is the best time of year for Surfing?
Surfing is good in Lanzarote all year round. Its known as the Hawaii of Europe due to its great conditions. The biggest waves for advanced surfers are from October to February. See this LINK for more surfing info.
I want to Windsurf, where should I stay and what time of year is best?
Costa Teguise offers the best windsurf conditions, see our two villas Beach House and Ocean View Penthouse which are close to the beach and windsurf centres. There is wind all year round but the most consistent is when Lanzarote has Trade-Winds from May to September. See this link for information on Windsurfing.
Can I stay less than 7 nights?
Yes, just book the number of nights that suits you.

What to pack between October and March?
Jumper/Fleece – a jumper for evenings as Lanzarote offers lovely outdoor living and it can be cooler outside at night.
Light waterproof jacket – incase it showers (which is not very often but can catch you out)
Wetsuits – if you are planning getting in the water!

Finca De Arrieta is a perfect location for solo parents, the eco child friendly retreat is made up of a community of 15 different holiday accommodations.
