Ces deux yourtes ‘mongoles’ authentiques côtoient et sont un choix excellent pour 2 couples ou une famille, offrant un hébergement confortable avec une bonne réputation écologique.
Il y a un plancher en bois et les yourtes avons été traditionnellement couvertes en utilisant deux peaux. Cela protège les yourtes – en maintenant une température constante et agréable. Une lucarne centrale permet la ventilation et on peut profiter de l’observation romantique des étoiles.
Yourte pod un est de 6 mètres de diamètre et dispose d’un lit double king-size et de l’espace pour z-lits supplémentaires et lits de voyage. Yourte pod deux est de 3 mètres de diamètre et dispose d’un lit unique qui peut se convertir en un lit double ou le lit simple peut être ajouté avec un lit de voyage.
À l’extérieur, profitez de la vue imprenable de la mer et de la montagne depuis votre terrasse et jardin privés et orientés vers le sud. C’est clôturé et fermé avec des chaises longues en bois, barbecue et meubles en teck pour la restauration en plein air. Il y a une salle privée W.C et douche ainsi qu’une cuisine privée entièrement équipée sur mesure avec un bar de petit déjeuner en granit et wifi rapide gratuit. Il y a une deuxième salle d’eau commune avec une toilette, une cuisine, et une zone commune à proximité de la piscine avec une espace “chill out”.
Finca de Arrieta et se trouve à seulement 300 mètres de la plage d’Arrieta et des restaurants en bord de mer.

Arrieta
Le village d’Arrieta compte 400 habitants et c'est situé dans la municipalité du nord, qui s'appelle Haria, c'est la zone la plus traditionnelle de Lanzarote et c'est idéale pour les voyageurs qui sont plus indépendants. La partie nord de Lanzarote est moins construite avec des stations comme Costa Teguise, Puerto Del Carmen ou Playa Blanca. Arrieta est un petit village de pêcheurs canarien traditionnel qui a appris à s’adapter aux exigences d’un tourisme discret. Parmis d'autres choses, le village offre de merveilleux restaurants en bord de mer aux spécialités de poissons frais et de fruits de mer, une très bonne pizzeria avec un service à emporter et un supermarché. Comme d’autres villages dans le nord, Arrieta est paisible, tranquille et c'est idéal si on cherche à être loin des bars éclairés au néon et des boîtes de nuit trouvées dans les stations touristiques de Lanzarote. Arrieta est l’un des plus beaux et authentiques villages de pêcheurs qui existe encore à Lanzarote aujourd´hui. Il reste intact et il y a un charme rustique avec beaucoup de ses maisons historiques et ses ruelles en bord de mer. Arrieta possède une superbe plage appelée "Playa de La Garita", de sable fin et doré, et qui est 810m de long. Cette plage dispose d’un restaurant et d’un bar de plage ainsi que de WC/douches, d'un parking et d’un parc de jeux. La mer reste généralement calme tout au long de l’année. Cette plage est idéale pour les surfeurs, les bodyboardeurs, et pour profiter de bains de soleil, nager, jouer dans les vagues, faire des châteaux de sable, assister au lever du soleil, pêcher ou bien se rafraîchir au bar de la plage ou s'alimenter au restaurant.Gallery

The location is perfect. The eco village could not have been better. It was good to have a hybrid car to explore the island
in. If we went again I would take advantage of the food menu on offer within the village.
There are arrangements for the recycling of plastic, glass etc. You can refill your glass water bottle. Waste food is
fed to the chickens. Off grid electricity is
used on site produced by the solar panels. Amazing. We had a great time and would return.

We spent two nights of our week-long honeymoon in Lanzarote at the fabulous eco village. Having met owners Michelle and Tila, who provided us with great information about this hidden gem, we couldn't wait to see what it had to offer and stayed in the Eco Chiquitita Yurt. Our yurt was quite simply stunning. It was spacious, immaculate and had everything we needed for our stay. Complete with a covered outdoor kitchen and seating area, toilet, shower, smaller yurt next door if you have children, and a hammock, we were blown away by the location, views and hospitality. The eco village also has a stunning pool and day bed area, which is open to everyone, and is the perfect place to relax and unwind. We were made incredibly welcome by Tila, Michelle, their lovely family, staff and equally welcoming guests. Nothing was too much trouble and we particularly liked the idea of the 'honesty shop', which enabled you to pick up any items you needed before settling your bill at the end of your stay. We even planted our own cactus in the cactus garden within the grounds of the eco village, which is started again each year and guests can track their progress on each visit. The paella evening was a real delight too. Freshly-made paella is available to guests for 15 Euros per person, including drinks, and enabled us to socialise with the other guests, and find out more about Lanzarote Retreats. The location is just a short walk to the beach, local shops and restaurants, and you can use an electric car to see more of the island, or make the most of the lovely walking routes nearby. This two-night stay honestly made our week one which we will treasure forever and we will certainly be back! Thank you Tila, Michelle and your wonderful family and friends for making us so welcome, and for showing us what the real Lanzarote has to offer.

What an Amazing Resort! We stayed there last year (2017) and will be going back again this year, its a Magical place where great memories are made, the setting is beautiful and the staff are really helpful, as we pulled away there was a genuine feeling of sadness but we knew that we would be back. My daughters said they would rather come back here than go to Disneyland!

A truly brilliant stay that I can highly recommend
We have had another wonderful stay at Finca De Arrieta with Tila and Michelle. Our two boys are 13 and 11 and have loved the freedom to come and go in and out of our yurt each day. Whether to swim, bounce on the trampoline, play giant chess or pop to the shop. Everyone has been so friendly and extremely helpful at Finca De Arrieta and it has been brilliant having the electric car to explore the island. We have also enjoyed very much being able to walk a very short distance to the beach where we have had some delicious meals at the restaurants found directly by the sea. Eco Chiquitita was extremely clean and beautifully presented on arrival and we have loved living in the yurts. Being able to enjoy a cup of tea first thing in the morning whilst looking at the ocean with a light breeze blowing through the palm trees is an absolute highlight. Thank you to the whole team at Finca De Arrieta.

Spent four fantastic nights in the chiquitita yurt which was fabulous, from the moment Josh picked us up at the airport with a chilled bottle of bubbly, the lovely meet and greet Sally, and Tila who made us very welcome. From the hybrid cars to the fresh eggs... Ten out of ten for the whole experience! We will be back!

This is our second time staying with Lanzerotte Retreats and without doubt its the mixture of style, luxury, green living and warm welcome from Michelle, Tila, the kids and the donkey who all make you feel like one of the family. We had the best of both worlds splitting our 14 night break in April between the Eco Chiquitita Yurts followed by Fishermans Cottage. It really was a great combination for my husband and I. Marc likes to hop on a wave and check out the surf and I like hopping onto one of the bikes and pottering around the beaches and little shops. The free fresh eggs from the on-site chickens is the perfect way to start the day and a massage at sunset from the lovely Joy is a must. Michelle can organise for her to come to you. We both had a massage in Fishermans Cottage looking over the sea at sunset...lovely. Thanks for another great holiday. We love how you guys approach your business and life style. One of the most relaxing and fun holidays we have ever had! And that goes for adults, children aged 13, 12 & 10 and a 18 month old baby! Quite a feat!
Eco Chico and Chiquitita yurts were lovely, the chickens, eggs, donkey, the Finca overall and the beach nearby were all great. Add to that a beautiful island, friendly people (both the locals and the Finca team) and fab food, and you have a recipe for an ideal holiday.

1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your holiday?
Staying in a yurt on a site with over 100 chickens, various cats, rabbits and even a donkey roaming around. Great for kids with donkey rides, missions to collect eggs every day, and to hang out with other kids on the communal trampoline, pirate boat and playground.
2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?
Really relaxed atmosphere in this family-run eco business, far away from the crowds of package tourists. Definitely get the organic food box, it had the most delicious produce.
3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, and minimized impacts on the environment?
Definitely. The site employed local people. It was 100% self-sustaining, with solar power, its own well and its own sewage system. We even had little IKEA solar powered lamps for our yurts at nights!

A very chilled and unique week. Loved the yurts..although next time we might go for a slightly bigger one. We were perfectly placed for exploring Northern Lanzarote and all it has to offer;uncrowded beaches. restaurants serving wonderful fish and stunning landscapes.
Very sociable but equally quiet .And it was great watch our two 'cool' teenagers going off to collect the eggs every morning and groom the donkey Molly, whilst we were still in bed with a cup of tea..

Our two very excited boys (who had never flown or been anywhere warm enough to swim in the sea) found easy friendships involving lots of games in the pool and bouncing on the trampoline. Happy children - happy parents - lots of exploring, making use of the hire car. We are regular campers and the Yurts were fine, small but just greatfun. We spent most of the time by the pool or in the communal kitchen area next door eating chatting and sharing a bottle with yurt neighbours. Fab stay! The larger Yurt was very spacious and had plenty of room for two adults and a baby and the smaller Yurt is perfect for kids. Great idea - the fun of camping but so much more luxury. Kitchen and bathroom were especially lovely. Kids loved the donkey, the trampoline, cats and the pool. Great for family holidays. Highly recommended!

My Mum stayed in the smaller yurt whilst the kids and I occupied the larger one, which was a configuration that worked well for us. We had a thoroughly relaxing and
enjoyable stay, thank you. We found the staff friendly, helpful, and very responsive.
We wondered first of all whether the sound of the road, chickens or possibly even the donky might keep us awake, but that wasnt the case. Kitchen very well equipped, espcially the provision of chilled champagne. Very much appreciated, thank you. We hope to return.
