Casa Lila, une villa de vacances du style moderne, est située dans un complexe privé et fermé bien entretenu de six villas de vacances, qui partagent une piscine chauffée à l’énergie solaire de 3,5 x 5 mètres. La villa est le choix parfait pour des vacances à la plage – pour les couples ou les familles avec de jeunes enfants, et pour les clients qui souhaitent les rejoindre. La Casa Lila peut être réservée en même temps que la Casa Hibiscus, une maison de trois chambres à coucher, située juste à côté.
La Casa Lila est située dans le paisible village côtier de pêcheurs de Punta Mujeres, où vous pourrez découvrir le style de vie décontracté de Lanzarote. Promenez-vous le long du front de mer jusqu’au bar à tapas pour le déjeuner, dégustez des plats traditionnels dans une variété de restaurants locaux ou allez faire du beachcombing le long du littoral. Punta Mujeres est un charmant village et se trouve à 25 minutes de marche le long de la promenade du front de mer jusqu’à Arrieta où vous trouverez une variété de restaurants et la plage de sable doré de La Garita. Il est également à seulement 15 minutes en voiture de la station balnéaire populaire de Costa Teguise, avec toutes ses commodités, sa plage de sable doré et ses sports nautiques.
La villa, située juste en retrait de la mer, s’étend sur trois niveaux et est équipée de barrières d’escalier pour la tranquillité d’esprit des clients ayant de très jeunes enfants.
Rez-de-chaussée : L’entrée de la villa se fait par la terrasse privée orientée sud, et elle mène à un salon lumineux et aéré qui donne sur la terrasse et la salle à manger extérieure. Confortable et accueillant, il est bien meublé et dispose d’un WIFI gratuit, d’une télévision connectée, d’un lecteur DVD et d’un système de musique. Attenante au salon se trouve une cuisine équipée, avec cuiseur, plaque de cuisson électrique, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur et grille-pain. Ce niveau dispose également d’une salle à manger séparée avec des sièges pour six armoires intégrées pour un rangement supplémentaire et une salle de bains avec WC.
A l’extérieur : La terrasse offre une vue agréable sur la piscine et l’espace détente aménagé; on y trouve des chaises longues, un barbecue et des meubles en bois pour manger en plein air.
Premier étage : La chambre principale lumineuse et spacieuse dispose d’un lit double king size de 160 cm, d’un dressing et d’un balcon orienté vers le sud avec une piscine et une vue sur la mer. Il y a une grande salle de bains privative avec douche à l’italienne, WC, lavabo et sèche-cheveux. Une autre chambre dispose des lits jumeaux et d’armoires encastrées.
Sous-sol : Il y a un espace utilitaire avec une machine à laver, un patio, un espace de séchage et un espace de stockage pour les équipements de sports nautiques.

Location
Punta Mujeres
Un petit village de pêcheurs où vous pouvez vous immerger totalement dans une expérience culturelle canarienne loin des principales zones touristiques. C’est un joyau caché où vous rencontrez seulement les pêcheurs locaux et quelques voyageurs plus aventureux. Cependant, étant donné que cette île est si petite, elle n'est qu'à 40 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport principal et à proximité de toutes les autres expériences de Lanzarote. Ici, vous sortez des sentiers battus, car de nombreux touristes contournent sans le savoir ce secret caché pour se diriger vers des attractions plus connues, mais toujours proches, comme les Jameos del Agua et la Cueva de los Verdes. La ligne côtière de Punta Mujeres est bordée de piscines naturelles qui se remplissent à marée haute. C'est un endroit magnifique, parfait pour un plongeon avec la famille. La piscine naturelle principale est surplombée par "La Piscina", le bar à tapas préféré des habitants, qui sert des vins locaux et des plats de tapas traditionnels fraîchement préparés. Il y a aussi de superbes petites criques de sable à explorer. Il y a un nombre surprenant de petits supermarchés autour du village. Il y a une boulangerie, 'Las Rosas ', et une bonne sélection de restaurants, tels que 'Palenke ', où il y a souvent des divertissements espagnols en direct, et des bons repas, cuits sur un gril au feu de bois. De nombreux habitants ont construit leurs maisons le plus près possibles de la mer. Les vues sont magnifiques et il y a de petites ruelles dans le village. Il y a quelques maisons qui s’intègrent parfaitement dans le village car elles ont été construites en pierre volcanique. Il y a de nombreuses jolies terrasses et balcons, dont beaucoup ont été peints en bleu. Traditionnellement, cela indiquait que la propriété appartenait à un pêcheur. Plus loin le long de la côte, on peut voir les vestiges d’un vieux moulin, ainsi qu’une petite jetée ou un port. - Un écho du passé de Punta Mujeres. Punta Mujeres est une zone très protégée, grâce aux collines rocheuses derrière elle. Ces collines ont été formées par la lave de Monte Corona - le plus grand et le plus ancien volcan de l’île. Dos à la mer, le Monte Corona est très visible. - Tout comme la 'mauvaise terre' (la terre couverte de lave entourant le volcan). Les tunnels, qui forment le Jameos del Agua et la Cueva de los Verdes, ont tous été créés par les éruptions du volcan.Gallery

Nos gustó mucho la casa! Tiene todas las prestaciones que uno pueda pedir y las que no se nos hubieran ocurrido. Nos sorprendió la amplitud de los espacios (son 3 alturas) y la comodidad de las habitaciones/camas. Tiene estancia de trabajo, lo cual agradecÃ. El balcón en la habitación con vistas al mar es una gozada. El pueblo es muy tranquilo y estuvimos muy a gusto. Si volvemos, repetiremos!

We found Casa Lila to be just what we needed for our family holiday in Lanzarote. Spacious, homely, fully equipped and comfortable bedrooms - particularly the master suite with its dressing area and beautiful bathroom. There were toys and games for children and a Netflix package for when we just needed to relax and watch a film together. Little extras in the kitchen like a cool box and Tupperware boxes meant that we could pick picnics for the beach. It has a wonderful location in a quiet cul de sac right behind the sea front. There is a sea view from the upstairs balcony which was a wonderful place to sit and have breakfast. The sea front in Punta Mujeres is interesting and great for children with its rocky bays and little pools to find crabs and fish. My children loved to collect shells, stones, sea glass and other treasures in the little rock pools. There is a restaurant, a cafe and a mini market all very close by. Further south (a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk) is Arrieta with its sandy beach and further restaurants etc. Also here you will find Finca de Arrieta, the owner’s eco resort which we had full use of. We loved the honesty concept and the communal spaces around the pool and playground. We made full use of the beach equipment to borrow and my daughter was able to ‘body board’ almost every day! The north of Lanzarote is traditional, untouristy and unspoiled. We were near many of the most sought after cultural locations to visit and I loved that we felt we had an authentic Lanzarote experience. Thank you for having us! We can’t wait to come back!

Lovely quiet spot, close to the sea and bathing pools. Not far from various beaches. Much nicer than the more touristy south part of the island. Easy to find from the airport. Villa has pretty much everything you need & was clean and comfy with a thoughtful welcome pack. We have an 8 yr old so the pool was great. It's pretty cold though! Would have liked access to the courtyard at the back for drying clothes (key jammed in door) instead of putting airer at the front. We ordered an arrival lunch which was delicious. The owners/managers at the yurt site are extremely helpful. I'd recommend this place if you want to explore the island as it's a great base and if you prefer self catering.

1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your holiday?
The best part was staying in the tiny fishing village of Punta Mujeres and interact with the locals simply by having a cortado or getting a beer with the others.
2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?
This is the best slow travel I have experienced. Highyl recommended, if you want to walk, trek, read, write, have great food and surrounded by simple, kind people. An unforgettable holiday where the pace was slow and the locals very kind including the mini market at Punta Mujeres, the hair dresser and folks at Bar Palenka. Make the effort to hang out with the locals, apart from walking along the coast all the way to Jameous Del Aqua and La Cueva de Les Verdes. One can easily do without a car. The buses are reliable. If you enjoy quiet, this is the place for unhurried reflection and watching birds, sun rises and sun sets. The coast was three mins from our villa.
3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
I think it certainly helped the local people, considering there were no hotel or supermarket chains. It helped the environment, considering we did not have a car and were limited to walking or taking the local bus. Our visits to some tourist spots contributed to conservation, I hope.
4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?
Excellent. No complaints. But the service from Lanzarote Retreats could be even better. It was not always easy to get information especially about transport. But other than that, the locals were friendly and it could have been better.

We stayed at Casa Lila, Punta Mujeres for a week at the end of November. Our holiday was just perfect, away from any of the busy tourist areas and every detail had been thought of in the Vila, I would highly recomend it. Michelle and Tila couldn't have made us feel more welcome and we are looking forward to our next visit in the Spring.

Stayed at Casa Lila in Punta Mujeres. The guys at Lanzarote Retreats were very helpful and we had a great time in Lanzarote. The villa was excellent and exactly as described. Punta Mujeres itself is pretty quiet but a great spot for exploring the rest of the Island.

Just back from staying at Casa Lila. Probably one of the best generally equipped Villa's I have ever stayed at. Punta Mujeres is fairly quiet but great location for relaxing or exploring the island. Michelle and her team are very helpful and great fun! We will definatley be using Lanzarote Retreats again but in another location to experience other locations. Casa Lila is a lovely villa and we do not see how anyone would be disappointed staying here however a car is essential as not much nightlife nearby, but we went for a relatively relaxing holiday so were not too bothered. We actually got engaged whilst there!!!!! Thanks for an enjoyable holiday Michelle....

This was our first time in Lanzarote and the first time we stayed in a fixed accommodation (Casa Lila). We had a lovely relaxing time (if only possible with 2 boys)! Casa Lila is really lovely and a great accomodation to stay in. The village is quiet (loved it) and a good starting point to explore the island.

We stayed at Casa Lila for a week in early June 2012. The property is beautifully furnished and equipped, and very spacious! The was a welcome pack of Pink Cava, Milk, PG Tips and Crisps awaiting our arrival which was a lovely touch. The pool and court yard area is great, and despite sharing with a few other villas it feels very private. There are plenty of great restaurants and beaches in walking distance (particularly in Arrieta), but we would wholly recommend hiring a car to explore the rest of this beautiful island.

We had a great stay at the Casa Lila. Punta Mujeres is a lovely village and it's a great location to visit most of the intersting sites of Lanzarote. We found all the pieces of information given in the booklet left at the villa very helpful. Next time we'll stay a little longer (we only stayed 3 days!)

Un séjour exceptionnel sur cette ile magnifique. Nous avons tous très apprécié notre séjour à Punta Mujeres, sur cette ile de Lanzarote, le bon vin, le soleil, les petits marchés, les petits restaurants locaux.
Nous avons également beaucoup aimé cette location, toute proche de la mer, superbement équipée. Egalement Les ballades le long du littoral, les baignades dans l'océan ou dans les piscines le long du front de mer. Location idéalement située.
Merci pour vos bons conseils (la ballade avec José dans les volcans, l'adresse du club de windsurf pour Eloïse et le fameux Charlie...) Merci pour la paella et votre accueil...

This was our first time to Lanzarote and we were pleasantly surprised by what the island has to offer. Casa Lila was spacious, modern, comfortable and well equipped including everything we needed for a toddler! The sandy beach at Arrieta was only 5 minutes away and we also used the pool. I would definitely recommend hiring a car, we went out exploring every day. In particular we liked the surfing beach, Famara, and we particularly liked the village of Teguise where we ate at La Cantina but there appeared to be lots of other lovely restaurants. The vineyards are well worth a visit to stock up on some fine wines and we enjoyed visiting a number of the attractions related to Cesar Manrique whose influence on the island has ensured it remains characteristic and picturesque. The weather was a lovely temperature, even though there were a few showers, we couldnt believe it when we arrived back in the UK to snow!

Just returned from a stay at Casa Lila. Had a lovely few days, I've stayed in a few apartments on Lanzarote over the years, and Casa Lila is definitely one of the best! Well equipped, felt safe being on my own, great for a stay of a few days or much longer. Loved hearing the sound of the sea every night.. hope to return soon..
