Notre appartement exclusif et de luxe de 3 chambres en bord de mer – situé au centre du front de mer d’Arrecife, la capitale de l’île. ‘Arrecife Sands’ a été meublé à un niveau très élevé et peut accueillir confortablement jusqu’à six personnes.
Située sur la plage principale, Playa Reducto, la plage de sable doré est parfaite pour la baignade, les sports nautiques et offre l’une des meilleures plages de l’île pour le SUP et la plongée en apnée.
Une voiture n’est pas essentielle pour les séjours dans cet appartement de vacances, car toutes les commodités dont vous aurez besoin sont accessibles à pied. Il se trouve à deux pas de la plage, des bars, des restaurants, du parc de jeux et de patinage, de la promenade du front de mer et de nombreux magasins.
À quelques minutes de marche, vous trouverez le 5 * Arrecife Gran Hotel & Spa. C’est un endroit charmant pour prendre un café ou dîner au restaurant du 17ème étage avec vue sur l’ensemble de Lanzarote.
Il y a un parking privé dans le sous-sol si vous décidez de louer une voiture pour explorer plus de Lanzarote. Vous avez deux entrées à l’appartement, soit à pied depuis la promenade de la rue clôturée, soit par le garage à portail électrique. Vous aurez accès à l’appartement par l’ascenseur ou l’escalier intérieur.
Cet appartement chic, moderne, en bord de mer a été meublé à un niveau très élevé. Les baies vitrées dans le salon offrent une vue magnifique sur la plage. Il y a un canapé en cuir confortable et un coin salon pour six personnes avec une télévision à écran plat, lecteur DVD et connexion Internet WiFi à fibre optique. Le salon ouvert est à côté de la salle à manger qui mène à la terrasse. La cuisine ouverte, spacieuse est entièrement équipée, elle dispose d’un four/plaque de cuisson et de tous les petits appareils nécessaires. La terrasse extérieure de la buanderie est également accessible depuis la cuisine.
L’hébergement dispose de trois chambres légères et aérosées – la spacieuse suite principale de luxe dispose d’un lit king size à baldaquin de 180 cm de large, d’armoires intégrées, de baies vitrées offrant une vue panoramique sur la plage, d’un canapé et d’une salle de bains avec douche sans ascenseur, WC, bidet, bassin à main et sèche-cheveux. Les deux chambres jumelles disposent d’une garde-robe intégrée et les lits simples peuvent être constitués en double. La deuxième salle de bains moderne dispose d’un accès facile depuis le couloir partagé.
La climatisation est rarement nécessaire à Lanzarote en raison de sa belle brise marine. Dans cet appartement, il s’agit d’un supplément optionnel, facturé à la perche. Environ 60 cents à 1€ de l’heure selon le réglage.
Ce logement de vacances particulier est parfait pour les séjours romantiques. Avec de belles vues panoramiques sur l’océan depuis le salon principal, la terrasse et la suite principale, l’appartement Arrecife Sands est le cadre idéal pour un couple en lune de miel. De courts séjours sont disponibles.
C’est une base parfaite pour les familles à explorer l’île. L’équipement pour tout-petits est disponible sur demande.
Informations d’accès wheel chair: Cet appartement est tout sur un niveau, dispose d’une douche à aire ouverte et il y a un ascenseur jusqu’au niveau de la rue et le parking souterrain. Malheureusement, il y a une marche et une petite porte d’accès à la terrasse, ce qui fait qu’un fauteuil roulant ne peut pas accéder à la terrasse. Tailles de porte: cuisine 67cm, porte principale 80cm, toutes les autres portes internes 70cm. Veuillez demander plus de détails si nécessaire.

Arrecife
Arrecife est une ville cosmopolite - pleine de culture, de vie nocturne et d’histoire. C'est situé juste à l’est du centre de l’île. Bien qu’Arrecife soit notre capitale, la population compte moins de 50 000 personnes - vous pouvez encore sentir le sentiment de communauté et de gentillesse des gens, contrairement à la plupart des grandes villes. Son nom vient de l'espagnol et fait référence aux formations rocheuses volcaniques qui s'étendent vers la mer et protègent le port pittoresque. Arrecife n’était qu’une petite communauté de pêcheurs au 15e siècle, mais est devenue la capitale de l’île en 1852. Aujourd'hui, elle est également réputée pour la richesse et la diversité de son offre commerciale, avec des rues traditionnelles bordées de boutiques, de magasins haut de gamme vendant des marques de créateurs et de nombreuses bonnes affaires. La principale zone commerçante est Calle Léon y Castillo, une route piétonne bordée de divers détaillants, tapas et bars. Ne manquez pas non plus le Centro Insular de Cultura El Almacén, un centre culturel riche en expositions. Arrecife a également sa propre plage, Playa del Reducto, avec du sable doré et de l’eau tiède. Il y a aussi une belle promenade le long de la plage. Chaque jour, il y a beaucoup de choses qui se passent dans la ville, y compris des événements sportifs comme le cyclisme, le volley-ball, le skateboard, les courses de natation et aussi des événements culturels, des défilés... personne ne s’ennuie ici! Une courte promenade le long de la plage vous mènera à la nouvelle Marina Lanzarote. Profitez du divertissement ici - regarder les yahts, utiliser les installations de loisirs et jeter un œil dans les meilleurs magasins de luxe. . Vous préférez quelque chose de plus traditionnel ? A 2 minutes de la marina se trouve la belle Charco de San Ginés, un lagon naturel, entouré de belles maisons de pêcheurs blancs. Cette zone charmante et pittoresque, qui a été remodelée par l'architecte canarien César Manrique, est souvent appelée la "Venise de l'Atlantique" et constitue un endroit magnifique à visiter. Les petits bateaux sont ancrés sur l’eau turquoise - l’endroit parfait pour prendre des photos. The location of the apartment is ideal - 30 seconds walk to the beach and it has a good size sea facing balcony.
The rooms are spacious and well equipped and it was immediately apparent that this is family owned and managed given the standard of finish, attention to cleanliness and the nice ‘feel’ about the place.
The team on the ground were attentive without encroaching and I would have no hesitation in recommending this highly.
The next time we return here Lanzarote Retreats will be our first port of call. Thanks to the whole team.

Wonderful apartment with loads of space, very convenient to walk to bars and restaurants and apartment very well kitted out. Wonderful views over Reducto Beach from floor to ceiling windows in bedroom and living area. Nice balcony to sit out on and “people watch” on the promenade below. We stayed during the Arrecife Carnival which was a great experience. Arrecife is a great destination for a holiday in Lanzarote if you want to do more than lay on a beach. We drove off to explore the island and visit the various sights during the day and then returned to the apartment in the late afternoon to enjoy the night life in the capital city. Great to have secure parking in the basement car park. Excellent service and communication throughout from Lanzarote Retreats.

This flat is absolutely amazing! See view from the master bedroom, bed comfortable, flat extremely clean and absolutely spacious! We enjoyed so much our stay! And if you want to go for sport excursion food service, bike hire etc it is also available! I recommend this place at 200%.

The apartment is spacious, quiet, perfectly equipped and close to the beach. The terrace with sea view is very nice. The very hospitable hosts had very well prepared our arrival. In addition, the island of Lanzarote is really to discover. Houses all white and perfectly harmonious, beautifully preserved thanks to César Manrique.

A lovely, bright and spacious apartment with a South facing balcony looking over the beach. For us the location is perfect. Only 10 minutes from the airport and lots of good restaurants nearby. Also there are lovely walks along the coast. Arrecife is not as “ touristy “ as the main resorts which is a big plus for us. This is our third year staying in this apartment and we hope to be back again in 2019.

Our second stay at the apartment was even more enjoyable than the first. We knew where to eat, where to drink and where to play. The apartment is in a modern block right opposite a stunning beach that is never busy. Watch the sunset from a host of wonderful restaurants and bars along the front or from the top of the nearby hotel - all within easy walking distance. With free airport transfers you feel like a VIP from the moment you land. There's lots to do and see nearby, or you can just chill and enjoy the warm climate and calm sea right outside the front door. The apartment is extremely well furnished with everything you could need during your stay. Highly recommended!

This is a wonderful apartment located perfectly right on the beachfront - it is about 2 minutes from the apartment to the beach! The apartment was very spacious and clean, with a lovely balcony facing the beach to sit and read or just people-watch. We were provided with transfers for the 5 minutes to and from the airport, as well as some snacks and a bottle of wine upon arrival, and the communication from the hosts was fantastic throughout. We went in November and the weather was constantly around 23 degrees so it was a perfect destination for a winter break! I would highly recommend this apartment

Very well appointed and generously sized town apartment with an excellent view of the beach. Kitchen essentials provided as part of the welcome pack. Secure underground parking allows for trouble-free sightseeing around the island. Friendly and efficient communication before, during and after the stay. Sensible airport meet and greet and drop-off service. Highly recommended for those wanting a short, self-catering holiday break.

What a perfect long weekend get away in a fantastic apartment, everything you could hope for. From restaurants, shopping, swimming in the sea, laying on the beach or taking a walk this has it all. The apartment is kitted out with everything you could need ( soft fluffy bathrobes were a nice touch). You can cook in the fully equipped kitchen or go out to many lovely restaurants that pepper the city. We had Mexican and Lebanese on our 2 nights out with a stop in the Gran Hotel on Saturday night for cocktails and a dance show. During the day it was hard to leave this gorgeous apartment but we walked along the promenade and even had a run ( for runners this is perfect). I can honestly say this is a little gem of a place that I will be visiting again.

We stayed 2 nights as a couple with our 8 yr old daughter. I have to say, until now, I never understood why anyone would choose Lanzarote\'s capital for a relaxing break when the island has so many stunning rural and remote coastal locations. It is the juxtaposition between city and rural that enhances both. This is a unique experience and something I would highly recommend. My advise is bolt a couple of days on to your holiday especially to experience the flavor of this tiny but vibrant city. Most tourists don\'t, they pass from the airport direct to holiday locations, this fact added to the experience, it gives a special flavor of Canarian life. This apartment is stunning, it is vast and offers a totally luxurious experience of a city penthouse overlooking the beach. It is spotlessly clean and brilliantly equipped. Amazing views from the master suite and living area and our young daughter loved the Jacuzzi bath! The apartment even comes with a hybrid car included. In truth we didn\'t need it. The beach opposite is where we spent the daytime, it is spotless and the waters clean. As important was the feel, the beach was alive with mostly locals, volleyball tournaments, musicians, dance classes rehearsing, you name it and it was represented there. Evenings we strolled along the front to El Charco, a beautiful harbor location, full of traditional tapas and alive with the cities residents enjoying their evenings. The beach and El Charco were perfect, child friendly, endless sites and sounds to amuse our daughter as we relaxed late into the evening. Arrecife Sands apartment is ideally located for all the city has to offer, easy walking to the best shops, restaurants, bars etc. There is also a lovely little park with children\'s play area opposite as well as cycling, jogging, skateboarding, paddle boarding, kayaking and plenty more.

Arrecife Sands was firstly, an absolutely stunning apartment, and secondly, centrally located to get absolutely anywhere on the island with ease.
We had two children with us, aged 13 & 9, & it was half term, but you wouldnt have known! Its perfect for a grown up, sneaky weekend away, or you can have a family holiday, without it being overrun by families and loads of kids. The location was perfect as we all wanted to play ball games on the beach, read & play cards on the balcony & eat out at nice restaurants. We went off on days out on a catamaran trip with Catlanza (one of the best weve been on), market day in Puerto Calero (lovely restaurants and smart people), and even managed Rancho Texas water park at last, despite having been to Lanzarote five times (it exceeded expectations, was spacious, clean and decidedly pretty).
We had a car, but you dont need one if you just want to hang out locally. Theres a beautiful beach, miles of promenade to run and cycle & loads of tapas bars & even a few high-end restaurants. Theres a pretty marina about 5 minutes cycle from the apartment, loads of quaint, local eateries with 2 tapas & vino & plenty of shops (including Zara) if you want a mooch around.
The apartment itself is on the second floor (so no problems with mosquitos, who my daughter and I attract in abundance). There are three bedrooms so the kids had one each (plus a spare bed each), and we had an en suite master bedroom with wall to wall windows overlooking the sea, not a bad sight to wake up to after a busy few weeks in the office. The room is huge, with a massive bed, beautiful sofa and a walk in wardrobe, off near the en suite, which house a his and hers closet, so plenty of room for those who struggle to pack light.
Tila & Michelle, the owners, really think about their guests when they kit out their accommodation. There were lovely towels, a hairdryer, Blu-ray, interactive TV, coffee pot & an ice-cold glass of fizz in the fridge (there was also a lift from the airport in an eco Prius, complete with cold sparkly should you choose, and the staff who work with Tila and Michelle, Manuel & Ejidio are just awesome. And as I mentioned earlier, the location is perfect for a weekend away. Its less that 10 minutes from the airport & youre near the bars, restaurants and buzz of a local town in no time. Arrecife is not very touristy, & actually, there are a lot of locals out & about. Theres a 5 star hotel just along the promenade, which you can use for the spa, pool, & restaurant or pop to the supermarket for fresh groceries & cook in the very well, equipped kitchen. And thats whats so good about Arrecife Sands, youre so well located the only tough decision when you wake up of a morning is, will it be the beach, mountains, shopping, eating or sightseeing? After a fresh almond croissant and strong coffee on the balcony, of course.
