Nuestra villa de lujo ecológica, con capacidad para seis personas, ha sido cuidadosamente restaurada, resguardando altos niveles de confort y calidad. Utilizando materiales locales siempre que nos sea posible, este aljibe tradicional o depósito de agua, se ha convertido en un alojamiento vacacional único, con pisos de madera y paredes de piedra tradicionales, mientras que las influencias del diseño de Marruecos e Indonesia han creado un ambiente suntuoso y exótico.

La villa consta de 200 m2 de espacio interior en un nivel y presenta un diseño parcialmente abierto con amplias habitaciones, que se mantienen frescas en verano y acogedoras en invierno. El gran salón y comedor, con sus puertas dobles de patio, tiene suelos de madera, wifi rápido gratuito, asientos para seis personas, una mesa de centro marroquí y una ventana interior decorativa, así como un sofá cama indonesio, que puede dormir, huéspedes adicionales.

Hay una cocina equipada de madera y granito a medida, que incluye una barra de desayuno con vistas a la terraza y jardines bien cuidados más allá. La cocina cuenta con horno y parrilla, placa de cuatro fuegos, nevera y congelador, tostadora, mucho espacio en los armarios, por lo que es ideal para los más exigentes.

El gran pasillo conduce al dormitorio principal, con sus fantásticas vistas a la montaña, con muebles antiguos como la cama con dosel extra grande (180 cm), un gran armario empotrado y un baño en suite con bañera, ducha a ras de suelo y WC. El segundo dormitorio tiene piso de madera, muebles chinos pintados a mano y dos camas individuales. También incluye ducha a ras de suelo, lavamanos y .C. Ambos baños están equipados con fregaderos italianos de vidrio y acero y espejos marroquíes.

En su exterior, rodeado de hermosos jardines, la villa cuenta con una terraza privada y un jardín con tumbonas, barbacoa y un área de comedor con techo de paja, para seis personas con vistas al mar. Cuenta con un diván sombreado en su terraza, ideal para relajarse y mantenerse fresco a la sombra. Hay un segundo baño con ducha y aseo, una cocina totalmente equipada y cubierta, salón de relax y piscinas, ubicado en la zona compartida, con acceso gratuito a internet WiFi.

Finca de Arrieta y se encuentra a solo 300 metros de la playa arrieta y restaurantes frente al mar.

This place is just to good to not experience. Such a friendly down to earth people who runs it. The facilities are authentic, beautiful and clean. You will for sure get inspired when visiting Finca de Arrieta . Actually, I would prefer to keep the place as a secret. But sharing joy is double joy. We will sure be back.

We had a wonderful relaxing holiday, starting with a night at Pebbles and then four nights at the luxury villa. Both beautifully presented accommodation, perfect for our short break with two young children. The hosts are welcoming, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. In particular thanks to Josh and Karen who were around during our stay. Girls loved swimming in the pool at Finca de Arrieta, they would have happily played there all day. The honesty shop is a great idea. Very convenient to have most basic supplies available on site. Plenty to do on the island. Definitely worth another visit to explore more. We would highly recommend staying here.

Eco village was extremely good. Staff helpful. Facilities good, car excellent. Villa excellent. This was a much-needed break for relaxation and to rebalance ourselves following the very sad death of a beloved husband and father. The staff were kind and the warm peace and quiet in the area was lovely. The Manrique sites were excellent as was the National Park. No traffic jams, no HGV’s no stress. I would recommend both the eco village and Lanzarote.

Our family stayed in the Eco Luxury Villa for a week over Christmas. It was absolutely beautiful and perfect for us. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The kids loved playing on the trampoline and making new friends. We don't often think we'd like to return to a place again but my husband has said he would love to come back.

We stayed in the Eco Villa for a few nights recently and it has to be said, its a very special house indeed. The building is solid and cosy with exceptionally good taste in decor and furnishings. At night we lit 20+ candles (provided by them) and the place looked stunning.... it was impossible not to feel relaxed! The staff on site are warm, helpful and enthusiastic. Our car (included in the house rental price) was clean and in perfect condition. The 'Honesty shop' is a really nice touch too, well stocked and great to have close by. Everything about this place ticks the boxes and we'll come back for sure.... Thank you for a superb break....

We returned from the Eco Villa at Finca Arrieta oon the12th February 2010. It was the most relaxing week we've had in ages ! Our children (aged10,6 and 2) all enjoyed the chickens, donkey, trampoline not to mention the pool area. I would not hesitate to recommend this holiday destination to friends and family. Hi, thank-you for a wonderful holiday. Our family stayed in the Eco Luxury Villa which was huge and very luxurious with more than enough room for 2 children. Thank-you for all the helpful extras like bed gaurds, cots, changing mats, toys nappies etc etc, it made life much easier! Our toddler had the time of her life making new friends, bouncing on the trampoline and digging on the beach. We relaxed and enjoyed a beautiful part of Lanzarote and a very chilled out atmosphere at the Finca. Michelle, Tila and their lovely children are wonderful hosts and Manuel an excellent Salsa teacher! Thanks again Zib, Dan, Lucy and Sam

We had an absolute ball, despite our daughter being sick for a few days and we were delighted with the place and everything you did for us. You really made us feel at home and were extremely helpful and accommodating, from Tila picking us up in town the first night, ferrying us around, looking up doctors numbers and all your organisation for my 40th party. Thank you so much for a wonderful celebration, it was one of the best holidays weve had and all our friends who travelled with us were raving about the place. The children loved the pool, lego and above all the chickens, rabbits, Max and the trampoline. Happy kids make happy parents! Your friendliness and attentive service really make the place stand out. Thank you all for a truly relaxing and fun family break. It has been our most successful family holiday to date and we hope and plan to return in 2011 with a new baby in tow. Our boys, aged 2 & 3, relished their freedom and roamed around the site visiting the animals and their new found friends. It was our first visit to the island and we were really taken with the North, there are lots of beautiful beaches and villages to visit and our favourite restaurants were right on the doorstep in Arrieta. I'd really like to keep this hidden jem to ourselves but if you must visit I hope you find it as wonderful as we did.

Our mid March holiday with the kids (aged 1 and 4) was simply fabulous on so many levels. First the villa - spacious, comfortable, cool in the heat, lovely furnishings, genuinely baby friendly and the best showers ever. Then the retreat - again, lovely space and friendly neighbours, kind hosts and amazing service (e.g. new darker curtains for the kids\' room, only a day after I mentioned it....), plentiful things for the kids to do (chickens were a favourite of course but it\'s a huge and safe space overall) and a really delicious Monday night supper - including a treat of paella to take away for the next day which just showed how generous and flexible you were! We loved the island - we drove almost all over it, but that doesn\'t take long and it\'s easy and fun, with contrasting views left and right and super beaches and cafes. All in all, this is a rare and special place - easy with kids, warm in winter, impressive to offer luxury only using wind and solar power and I could go on .... thank you all for a very memorable holiday and hope very much to come again.

We have just returned from a lovely relaxing break with Lanzarote Retreats. Our stay in the Eco Villa was very relaxing. There was plenty of space for a family of four. My son loved the morning donkey rides on Mollie and my daughter was happiest on the trampoline. Everyone who works at the retreat was open, friendly and a pleasure to meet. This is a highly recommended holiday destination and is located well to visit the many attractions Lanzarote has to offer

We really had a lovely time in the villa. There was so much space! We loved Finca Arrieta. It was perfect for a relaxing holiday with a small baby. He was mesmerised by the hens and ducks. Plus the swing was perfect for him. There is also lots to do nearby. Can't recommend this place enough for those with small children.
