Villa Las Palmitas

Decorated to an extremely high standard, this luxury villa, which sleeps eight, sits on a secluded 8,000m2 plot with superb sea views featuring mature gardens with over 60 mature palm trees, a gated and walled heated swimming pool and walled children’s pool. The contemporary décor and simple but stylish furnishings give the house a bright and airy feel throughout.

The spacious and comfortable living room has doors onto the terrace, plenty of seating and a fireplace and there is a dining room for eight people. The fully fitted white kitchen – which also has doors to the terrace – complete with oven/hob/grill, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave and washing machine. There is also a games room with table tennis table, TV, DVD, i-pod docking station and a selection of board games.

All bedrooms at Villa Palmitas have ceiling fans and sea views. The master suite has patio doors onto the terrace, a double bed, dressing area, en-suite bathroom with walk in shower/wet room, twin sinks and a bath. There is a further double and a twin bedroom, both with fitted wardrobes, which share a full family bathroom. The fourth bedroom also has patio doors onto the terrace, a double bed, dressing area and en-suite shower room. There is a separate guest cloakroom.

Outside, enjoy the tranquil surroundings of the mature gardens and sea views from the covered terrace – featuring Jacuzzi/hot tub, gas barbecue and teak dining furniture for eight – which overlooks the 10x5 metre electric heated swimming pool with separate walled children’s pool at one end. The pool area, with sun-loungers, is walled and gated for extra security for guests with small children.

Villa Las Palmitas offers luxury accommodation that’s the perfect base for a family holiday.

The price per night is based on upto 4 guests sharing Villa Las Palmitas. During high season, this is increased to 6 guests. There is an extra charge of €22 per person per night for additional guests.

Getting Here

The villa is located between Puerto Calero, the exclusive and stunning premier marina of Lanzarote and the busy resort of Puerto del Carmen. A three minute drive or a twenty minute walk along the costal path will take you to either location.

Taxis can be ordered on site and they are all licensed with a fare metre.

Local area, services and facilities

The prestigious marina at Puerto Calero is less than a five minute drive from the villa. It is the first and most famous marina on Lanzarote. It was designed and built to attract the worlds most glamorous super yachts and offers an accordingly sophisticated atmosphere. Many exclusive regattas are hosted here and attract members of the Spanish royal family along with famous sports people.

An excellent variety of restaurants are located along the waterfront with charming views of the hustle and bustle of the marina. Designer shops and a supermarket are also located within the marina area along with a Whale and Dolphin museum. An excellent place to make the most of the cristal clear waters surrounding Lanzarote. The main resort of Puerto Del Carmen is a few minutes drive from the villa and is home to five kilometers of spectacular, golden beaches along with a wide choice of nightlife. The old town or harbour area has an excellent selection of fish restaurants.

Within a five minute walk from the villa, a path leads down to a rocky cove where the sea can be accessed by ladders for a swim in crystal clear waters.

Within a short drive from Villa Las Palmitas, you will be able to experience the striking beauty of the lunar landscape of central and southern Lanzarote.

The western theme park of Rancho Texas Park in Puerto del Carmen is a fantastic day out for adults and children alike. With exhibitions featuring birds of prey and sea lions, the park focuses on both entertainment and conservation.

The wine regon of La Geria is famous throughout the Canary Islands and Spain. The landscape and method of wine production is unique to Lanzarote, with the vines being grown using the volcanic rock which is plentiful on the island. The wine is both distinctive and full bodied in taste and the many family owned Bodegas will happily provide you with a sample to try.

How to pay

A deposit of 30% of the total cost of your holiday is required to book any property.

The remaining balance is due at least eight weeks before your arrival in Lanzarote.

Payment can be made by Visa / Mastercard or via Bank Transfer

We will contact you directly either via email or telephone for this information.

More Information

On your day of arrival your property will be available anytime after 4pm.

We ask guests to vacate the properties by 10am on day of departure.

For guests staying at the villa for longer than one, there is a weekly maid service and a mid week towel change

Length of stay and groups

The prices displayed on our site are for holidays of 7 nights or more.

If you require information about a shorter stay, please contact us - we will try to accommodate your requirements.
