Spent a lovely relaxing week in Casa Hibiscus in Punta Mujeres during January 2012- very comfortable and only half an hour from the airport. Welcoming little touches like the bottle of bubbly and the swans on the bed with the hibiscus flowers!! We ordered the local produce box so had enough supplies for a good few days. Also great little local mini market. Lovely to be able to just walk from the house to the sea in a few minutes. Retreats team very friendly and efficient. Really enjoyed the paella evening (veggie quiche as substitute as I'm vegetarian) - met some lovely people staying at the Finca. Other highlights, natural lagoon for swimming near Orzola - ten minutes in the car, Haria Saturday market and we really enjoyed the various Cesar Manrique sites, using the volcanic landscape - his former house is amazing. First time on Lanzarote and would definitely return with Retreats. K + V

What an amazing villa this is, the perfect location overlooking Puerto Calero, furnished to an incredibly high standard, the games room, the pool, the jacuzzi, don't know what else to say except we will be coming back very soon ! FABULOUS

A wonderful place with great facilities and friendly staff. Thanks particularly to Sally and Manuel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The cottage is truly amazing. I will be coming back ASAP.

villa palmitas was everything i wanted for myself and my family,it was close to all the things and places we needed. we had plenty of space inside and out for our party of 6 adults and 3 children we were very sad when our holiday came to an end, we could have stayed a lot longer.i am so glad to have found this villa and would highly recommend it.

My partner and I have just returned from a 10 night stay at the Ocean View Penthouse. What a wonderful place, I can't recommend it highly enough.The apartment was amazing, even better than pictures. Very spacious and decorated nicely throughout. Spent many a happy hour on the outside terrace, which had the sun all day. It was lovely to wake up to the fantactic sea views every morning. Great location close to the beach and nice restaurants.Sarah from Lanzarote Retreats was a great help. It was my first visit to Costa Teguise, will definitely return in the future and will certainly be booking the Ocean View penthouse for my stay.

The Ocean View penthouse is fabulous - as soon as we walked in we felt at home (although it was 3 times the size of our flat!). For me the balcony was the best - I was a little worried at first as we arrived on a Friday night, and the bar below was in full swing. But it actually added to the atmosphere, and the bar was also pretty quiet most other nights. The decor in the apartment is fantastic, and its proximity to bars, restaurants and supermarkets couldn't be better. We would be back again if the airlines had not stopped running from Edinburgh to Lanzarote - it is a real shame for us as we would return year after year. I keep checking every few weeks in the hope the route has started again!

We had five days in the yurt royale ...lots of baths outside, and lounging on the comfy day bed and inside our super posh yurt.....very peaceful and romantic, and the local town and beach were fab...good food and unspoilt.... we will be back! the team were also very helpful and kind to us....

Lying in bed listening to the sound of the sea, the view from the bath, fishing off the habour wall, jumping off the pier in to the clear water ...........perfection. Fabulous location for relaxation.

We returned from 3 days in the Yurt Royale and had a great holiday. The Yurt is fabulous and the car hire is a great addition. It was great for our family although my son is still at the pebble-eating stage so really couldn't be trusted with the gardens! The day-bed, candles and radio provided made for a really relaxed evening when our baby was asleep. The cats, chickens and dog were great successes and provided hours of entertainment! The paella night was great and a good chance to meet other visitors and owners.

The honesty shop is a fantastic idea as we arrived late in the evening but we were still able to have a fresh breakfast before heading off to village to buy supplies. I recommend using the dinner service from Brown's deli as the food was superb and easy to arrange.
In conclusion, this is a great holiday resort and there are so many different accommodations to choose from, that I think there is something for everyone. The area is great and I hope we will return. So unusual and nicely done.

Little need to repeat all the other feedback from other equally satisfied guests. We found the Eco Yury Suite to be a marvellous place to stay, as was the Finca in general, and we are keen to return soon and to recommend it to our friends. It was an unforgettable holiday and all our needs had been catered for. Your staff were all extremely friendly and helpful and you have clearly done a great deal to anticipate every need and make things as comfortable and welcoming as possible. Your website was very helpful and accurately described what we would find when we arrvied, which is always very helpful.
